DIY Staging Consultation

This service is designed for homeowners who are currently living in their home and want professional guidance to help prepare it for the market and achieve the strongest possible sale price. It is ideal for sellers who plan to complete the work themselves but would like expert direction on how to stage their home effectively.

During the in-home consultation, we walk through the property room by room and evaluate the layout, flow, and overall presentation through a buyer’s perspective. We provide personalized recommendations on decluttering, furniture placement, styling, and simple updates that can significantly enhance the home’s presentation—using the items you already own or pieces that may be recommended for purchase.

Following the consultation, you will receive a staging report outlining our recommendations, providing you with a clear plan and professional direction to implement the changes on your own timeline.​

 

If you would prefer additional hands-on assistance, we are happy to return and help implement the recommended changes. This service is available and billed at $150 + HST per hour.
