Partial staging is a service where selected pieces of the homeowner’s existing furniture and décor are used in combination with additional furnishings, artwork, rugs, lighting, and accessories provided by the stager. Rather than staging the entire home with new inventory, the stager carefully evaluates what the homeowner already has and incorporates those items into a professionally styled design.

This approach allows the home to maintain a natural, lived-in feel while still benefiting from professional staging that enhances the layout, balance, and overall presentation of each space. The stager may reposition furniture, remove items that feel heavy or dated, and introduce complementary pieces to create a cohesive and visually appealing environment.​

To prepare the home for staging, homeowners may be asked to remove or relocate specific furniture, décor, or personal items that do not align with the staging plan.

Arrangements must be made in advance to have these items either removed from the premise or properly stored so the home is ready for the staging team to complete the setup.
